Every Barktriever product is made especially for you after you place your order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Buyer's remorse
- Color preference changes
However, if your order arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrectly printed
please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund
